General provisions
This cookie policie (hereinafter – the Policy) lays down the rules for the processing of cookies used by UAB Capitalica Asset Management, legal entity code 304234719, registered office address Upės g. 21-1, LT-08128 Vilnius (hereinafter – the Company) and the websites of legal entities under its direct and indirect control www.capitalica.lt, www.sandoffices.lt, www.pcluize.lt, www.kaunodokas.lt, www.135.lt, (hereinafter – the Websites).
The Policy has been drafted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation) and the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on the user’s device (e.g. computer, mobile device, tablet) while using a browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.).
Depending on the lifetime of the cookie, cookies can be long-term or short-term (session cookies). Long-term cookies remain on the user’s device until they expire or until the user decides to delete them. Session cookies are deleted as soon as the user closes the browser window (at the end of a browsing session).
Cookies do not store information that can be used to directly identify the user, but the information contained in cookies can be linked to the user’s device, browsing history and other information obtained and stored by means of cookies.
Types of cookies and the purpose of their use
Essential (technical) cookies are used to allow to properly provide the Website’s services and to enable the user to browse and use the Website’s features, i.e. to ensure the functioning of the Website.

The legal basis for the use of essential cookies is the legitimate interest of the data controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Strictly necessary (technical) cookies are set automatically and do not require the user’s consent. The user is informed about the use of essential cookies.
Unless otherwise permitted by applicable law, all other (analytical, advertising, if any) cookies are activated on the Website only after the user has consented to the use of such cookies, i.e. only after the user has indicated his choice in the message box on the Website that automatically pops up and provides information on the use of cookies.
For each type of cookies, the Data Controller requests a separate consent, which the user gives by taking an active action of ticking the boxes next to the cookies that he wishes to be stored and clicking on the confirmation button. By clicking the “Accept all” button, the user is deemed to have consented to the recording and use of all of the listed cookies.
The user may withdraw his consent at any time by changing the settings of his web browser and deleting the cookies saved.
